Nisaplin® (Nisin preparation) approved for use as an antimicrobial in vinegar, soy sauce, sauces and dressings.

October 18, 2006 - Philippines:

Nisaplin® (Nisin preparation) approval has been extended to include clotted cream, cheese (ripened, unripened, whey, whey protein), cheese analogues, pasteurized (canned/bottled) or retort pouch vegetables, cereal & starch based desserts (e.g., rice pudding, tapioca pudding), fine bakery wares and RTE soups and broths (including canned, bottled and frozen).
